Cant start it. Get an error message: Plugin ‘SteamShared’ failed to load because module ‘SteamShared’ could not be found. Please ensure the plugin is properly installed, otherwise consider disabling the plugin for this project.
You need to apply “No licence” bypass
The plugin error only occurs after applying the no license bypass, that’s the problem.
Did you also try the alternative no license bypass?
