Games of this genre render real 3D models. This is not the same as another genre 3DCG which contains images/videos that is generated with 3D softwares like Blender or Daz3D. For example, Wild Life is a 3D porn game because it has 3D engine and you can move the models that renders on your PC. In other hand, Milfy City is a porn game with prerendered 3D imegery and videos but it is not 3D game because there is no 3D models rendering on your PC.
