I figured out how to skirt around the Patreon stuff; using dnSpy.
For those that are interested you toss the whole assembly into dnSpy and let it chew it up; look for the GameUI for Raid and Shop, inside are SetSalesPatreonLevel which looks up what your Patreon level is.
Marvel at how completely unsecure the whole thing is; editing the “Value” fields for SalesPatreonLevel and set it to “0”.which lets the system do its whole thing in the background while completely bypassing all of the checks.
Once you save you should be able to raid anywhere and purchase anything you’d like that was locked.
