Extract the file by using 7zip and run the FutaRunner.exe
The game is very nice in terms of 3D and gameplay, but it is very bad in terms of plot and characters, my suggestion to the producer is to have sex with women as we want in places like brothels and strip clubs, so this game is not worth playing, sorry to the producer!!!
