Since you seem to want to involve a “Dead girl” – who was pregnant at the time, and politics that run DARKLY; I will share a suggestion of HOW you can do something with Ingrid that leads to a HAPPY ending (eventually – and in the very long run…) WHILE respecting the dumbassed unncessary arc you put her on, fleshing out it’s reason to exist AND playing into the “politics” of the world you created. While ALSO staying (mostly – there will be concessions, as a part of her play > you can say she does it and doesn’t like it, but we will get to that) TRUE to the CORE concept of Harem [IE: There is ONLY ONE Man I want to be fucking/Bred by!]

= First, Ingrid discovered X person (Eventually it will have been Asuna’s Father * Choki would be too much a brick wall to the player; we hate Choki’s father for what’s already going down and even if he’s retarded about it’s use he does have too much direct power to fuck MC’s life at the moment. Indirect power like can be suspended of disbelief with Asuna’s Dad, because we know fuck and all about him, is always better to work with) is a serious source of trouble coming that “COULD” get them all killed. She wants to protect their son (Daughter can go some unsavory places; but it’s up to you if you wanna go there) so she decides to go Ghost Protocol. [She will play the double agent > Triple Agent; in order to get information for MC on how to ACTUALLY STOP the crux of the story that you do not seem to know how to present – IE THE SOURCE OF THE CORRUPTION AND ALL THE GANGS’ ENEMY]

= To do this: She sets up a point where she will “Die” (hurts her because she knows how MC will take it; and how she WANTS him to take it) in order to give herself an IN with the bad guys to start her investigation. She will (while MC is going on his proper rampage over her death) climb the ranks of an organization while piecing together the info she wants to get at, and earning the trust SLOWLY to be able to get it. That off-screen part will be revealed later, and we’ll get there (Since it was a staged death; she’s not really dead – and if you want to get technical I’m giving you a way to create a FUCK TON more reason to Dark Path in game, and drama… but it spares a character that doesn’t need to be dead)

++ Key Point: Her “climb” will involve ALLOWING a relationship she will foster (she will not have WANTED to – but it was the way to get her IN) with a specific character. (Asuna’s Father) While MC is dicking around in your sandbox; Ingrid will have given birth to their child, and gotten married to Asuna’s father [Which since Ingrid may have built a BETTER relationship with Asuna, knowing that MC would like her > gives a GOOD reason for Asuna to be this GUARDED = She is protecting Ingrid… and MC] ** Yes, Ingrid will also by necessity be having sex with Asuna’s father (it will have to happen at least once to legally consumate the marriage; it does not mean she enjoys it – and factually you can have her defend it was part of “Ghost Protocol” > “That version of me is a tool, and is the one that died…” once you BRING her back into the fold)

= Which should be revealed after the third meeting with Asuna’s Father, when he’ll catch a glimpse of a woman that is at Asuna’s Father’s meeting place. Off to the side, but watching. (Too intently, the MC) She has different hair/eye color but is factually Ingrid (you like fucking with the audience… this allows that, with proper explanation) Ingrid WILL at some point not too long after this third meeting, in a panic and KNOWING the hell she’s about to walk into with HER ACTUAL CHOSEN HUSBAND > Re-enter MC’s life (unplanned, but she’s OVULATING * This time she knows she can’t avoid sex with Asuna’s Father, as she knows his expectations when they do so rarely meet, and she couldn’t think up an excuse good enough to get out of meeting this time = This is a CRUX POINT for her Character Path)

= Does MC choose to fuck Ingrid, to BREED… Even against the fact she’s “married” (Have that be under a different name – so it doesn’t cock block the marriage she actually wants at the end) In what DOES have to SEEM like a One Night Stand > with Asuna afterward revealed to have been informing her “Mom” of MC’s life to keep her up to date, as her only means of distant “contact” OR… does MC realize that if she can pull this whole farce, she wasn’t the woman he thought, and reject her character arc going further. (The actual Harem Path would be of course fuck her. But it gives players the option to deny a girl; and keeps to your story so far, while giving a reason for the dead girl to be included on the page, and eventually fully greyed out as non-viable)

>> Do Note: Dark Path would be a choice between accepting it but BDSM or Denying it outright and Damning Ingrid to BE Asuna’s Father’s Wife forever… BUT: She WILL still help MC (And Asuna will actually soften, trying to “replace” Ingrid without literally doing so, as she will be free to be open about her heart now) to get to the End Goal as stated below either way. Ingrid would simply be Excluded, or kept as a sex slave/breedmare but never have the same standing in the harem that MC will build as she might’ve had without taking on Ghost Protocol.

= Even IF MC agrees to fuck Ingrid and BREED her that night; which proves that even as caustic as things can get SHE WANTS HIM COMPLETELY TO BE THE ONLY ONE SHE SHARES BLOOD WITH > HE CARES ENOUGH ABOUT HER TO SUFFER THROUGH LITERAL HELL. [This is the grounds where a FRACTURE of their relationship can turn things into an unexpectedly complex but beautiful mosiac. There will be implied NTR – at least the once, you can also say that Asuna’s father is business first and distant as fuck so USUALLY sex was completely avoided, and when it wasn’t she didn’t enjoy it… and had to use MC to get off to fake it] ** Scenes can be either emotionally/mentally mending and romantic, or BDSM with Dark Choice, either will be viable to KEEP Ingrid afterward and she will NEVER beyond that point allow Asuna’s Father’s advances.

= She WILL (for now…) keep in the relationship with Asuna’s father > to help the MC bring the city under HIS OWN power. As with Asuna she will work with MC to bring down the political structure currently and hand the throne to MC. Because he is the only Alpha male either will trust with that power. At the same time; Asuna and Ingrid will be working to push other females (Ingrid with Grace, Lori/Isabelle and any other female adult * Choki’s Mom or young hot step mom??? Maybe Asuna’s Supermodel Older half sister, who is a bastard from a one night stand!?! > Asuna with all the student girls as things have been progressing)

++ Sophia will ABSOLUTELY be allowed this time to be completely Bipolar and will be LIVID to find out what the hell Ingrid’s been up to (and that she essentially did yoink off with MC’s kid to raise them with another man… remember, Sophia IS CURRENTLY PREGNANT) So she will [At first, and perhaps completely depending on Player Choice] move to block or deny Ingrid access to their home. (Has the option of denting the harem foundation to slow progress way the fuck down mechanically; IF you insist you want to keep blue-balling the audience, but this is at least a viable and perhaps intriguing reason) Which will up tensions between her and MC. MC will choose [when choosing to BREED Ingrid the second time] to pursue his own ends. Sophia will be aware of it, and not happy (she hasn’t really been happy this whole damned story so what else is new?) but she also cannot stop him > DOES want Ingrid back, and will grudgingly (eventually) accept this is their real “one last job” that will set them up for life. during the rest of the story, with Player Choice asserted, Ingrid will quietly file for Divorce from Asuna’s father > but ONLY when she has enough evidence to crumple the whole house of cards, thanks to MC being willing to work with her and Asuna and Co, and NOT go on the War Path again. She will return to be part of MC’s Harem officially, and call it a harem where she plainly states that since MC is the source of all her pleasure in life: He can have ANY and EVERY girl he wants. She WILL fight Sophia on this, and Sophia will bend on it. Because Ingrid will bitch slap her upside the head and make her realize that she’s in fact made the whole process SO MUCH SLOWER than it needed to be – every time she cock blocked MC getting with one of the students. [Which Asuna/Ingrid WANTED so they could get Allies by having HIS GIRLS help push their parents to give MC access to things he otherwise DOES NOT have * It’s a power base]

>> On the Dark & Rejected path if you REALLY want to be a Dick about it; you could render Ingrid pregnant the same as with the Good End; but since MC didn’t fuck her… we would INFER (We DON’T actually need to see it) that she had gone home that night and surrendered completely in sex. To accept that she is ONLY Asuna’s Father’s Bitch now… and SHE will have claimed the throne when he falls. So she will be pregnant with HIS child, not MC’s… and she will quietly dissolve the company’s assets. Give herself enough to live on while putting the bastard kid up for adoption in a good home and disappear again. Leaving MC with the bulk of Asuna’s Father’s fortunes as her “apology.” (It makes her character tragic, but not pointless, allows that she COULD have been redeemed, and cements that the player chose not to. With all expected realistic consequences entailed) This also grants funding that the Harem who is kept will actually need, with a good reason for it to be a sudden windfall financially. [This does toss a crumb to idiots that like NTR, but it’s also an impactful consequence… somebody had to break her egg >.< ] ** Else she’s not pregnant, because she rode out the three days while avoiding Asuna’s father like usual, and still does as written above. (Very technically, the NTR part would’ve already happened before the dark rejection – with the rejection point being the actual dissolution of the previous relationship, that effectively makes it TRUE NTR – So really you can render that sex scene if you want; because it shouldn’t matter to the Player by that point as far as their choices. It wouldn’t dent the Harem because Ingrid actively chose NOT to be part of it, by faking her own death, no matter the reason she did so)

= By the late middle, to the last third of the game: ON THE GOOD PATH of that Crux Choice – The Harem is fully established > ALL girls who can be part of it, are happily commited to MC & potentially PREGNANT as PLAYER chooses. Then you set up the end game that sees Ingrid officially Marry the MC, and MC Privately Marry (or assert that he feels married to which each will agree) each of the other girls that Player Chose to KEEP/BREED. The MC is then free to pursue the end game of effectively ruling the City like his Pack, and protecting the throne he actually deserves to hold (As a sign of respect for your audience’s time invested, and general structure of the genre. As a proper thank you, for any support to craft the game that you have gotten)

Key points: Ingrid isn’t dead. She did give birth to their healthy child. She has been raising them, and sharing a world of secrets with them so they are aware that MC is the father. The relationship CAN be salvaged = which creates a better grounds for Harem Allowance and the cap off of > This City IS Mine; and so are all the women in it.

It’s not a perfect ending as some very few (to regular – it depends on where you want to go with this point > but it would perhaps keep the idiots that want NTR happy) instances of sex with Asuna’s father as a necessary evil to the Ghost Protocol Ingrid’s doing. [You COULD set it up as Ingrid being a surprise Secondary MC – where we get to CHOOSE whether she is “disloyal” or not, while working towards her stated goal above. Which would mollify everyone as best can be] It depends on how much work you’re willing to invest. It’s the best I could wrangle for a “happy” True Harem Ending that will make use of and KEEP ALIVE all female characters. By the end, all of the major threats to MC’s reign would be dead, or in jail if not discredited to die off screen in gang violence as their comeuppance. You’d keep the narrative work you have invested so far, and actually flesh it out. With potential for a very few branching but actually IMPACTFUL choices allowed to the Player.
