Just put the patch in the game folder. Theoretically it will support all updates in the future.

Can you upload this to mega, media fire or work upload there download rates are much better and reliable. The other sites suck and have system in place to make them download hella slow. ETA and hour from them for me, on the others I mentioned a 10 mins max but more often faster.
