Elmo Dick Vanderbilt III, the indulged son of Spankytown’s mayor, embarks on an odyssey to Lapsaria, the fabled Island of Ecstasy, where forbidden passions come to life. However, reaching this paradise requires braving treacherous waters and submitting to the whims of a seductress.
