You have to be careful with the links, this site likes to overlay Ad-links over the actual links and will download a decoy zip file. Sometimes it will be a .iso file. Generally close the first window that pops up and re-engage the link, the Ad/Redirect should be cleared. Hope that helps. I too ran into some adware a few times on this website. You just gotta watch what you click on.
