Really unfortunate game, because the story and art as well as the core mechanics seem full of potential but the code is a mess. The game is based on rng and I don’t know if I am that unlucky but I got the achievement for the stats(meaning I got them to a high level) and still lose every single fight. Even when it says I have a 99% chance I still always lose. This denies me the progress of every story. This is not only on one fight but on every fight. Nice idea but just not realized at all.
For those using Linux Mint (XFCE), make sure to edit the properties of the “nw” file to check the box for “run as a program” before you play it. It works great. Just wish I knew where the game stores the save files.
