New Content

  • Added the new quest Buried Treasure, which can be started near the Eastport Lighthouse. Completing this unlocks access to the Pirate Class.
  • Added the Pirate Class Quest at Pirate level 10, including new areas and a new scene.
  • Added a new Class Leader, complete with her own scene.
  • Added a new Qingyan Companion Quest, featuring:
    • A new area
    • Qingyan-exclusive accessory
    • A fully animated new scene
  • Added four new areas:
    • Coldwind Trail
    • Seaside Cliff
    • Pirate Cove
    • The Sea’s Fortune (Pirate Ship)
  • Added a new Clown class skill: Clumsy Cascade
    This can be learned via the skill book Harlu’s Guide to Juggling, obtained by returning to Harlu’s tent after completing the quest Clowning Around.
  • Added three new monster crafting accessories:
    • Coldcrest Icebound Charm — Attack + Defence, imbues Ice element
    • Swiftwing Galebound Charm — Attack + Agility, imbues Wind element
    • Stormcrow Equilibrium Charm — Combined version granting Attack, Defence, Agility, and both Ice + Wind elements
  • Added the new Popularity Poll, allowing players to vote for favourite companions and class leaders. Results will influence content in the upcoming 0.2.0 update.

Changes & Fixes

  • Fixed multiple bugs where quest items would remain in the player’s inventory after being turned in.
  • Fixed issues where the Fortune Teller would continue giving hints after certain quests or secrets were completed.
  • Adjusted Knight’s Vow Emblem, slightly reducing its counter-attack chance.
  • Additional minor balance tweaks and fixes.

Potential Issues
Whilst I have been testing all the new content this patch, I have simultaneously been working on future content in the background. Because of this, there may be issues that have arisen since I tested that part of the game. Feedback on the new content is as always, greatly appreciated.

    After having played a good chunk of this, a few questions:

    > The class system is an interesting idea to “increase strength” generally; but you pair a knight with a knight, a healer with a healer, a mage with a mage, and the archer with an archer (the elf is also NEEDLESSLY an asshat to MC – for reasons YOU won’t explain; that is NOT endearing, or sympathetic)

    > The Queen insinuates that she wants to be with Hero; all but in front of her King… she’s ON THE TITLE SCREEN: IS. She. Actually. GOING. To be. In The Fucking Harem?!? Same with the princess.

    > The Guildleader/Class Mentors: They SHOULD be in the harem… at some point or currently. Don’t care which. [The Clown is also retardedly UNNECESSARY; AND UNATTRACTIVE! Get Rid of her > or change her class to something fucking USEFUL] * There’s nothing worse than a dev being a DICK to their audience, because THEY think it’s “funny.” Do you WANT people to take the story at all seriously or not?!?

    > The 10 book quest = for the FIRST reward… which will NO DOUBT be a goddamned Handjob at most; it’s 10 FUCKING BOOKS! That is ludicrous as far as BITCH WORK. Does she want me to literally restock the whole damned library just for HALF a shot to MAYBE get in her pussy?!? Fuck off dude.

    > “Alice” (not so much in wonderland… it’s not as smart a reference as you think) should NOT get to dictate terms to live in MY fucking house; for free, consume MY food and then make ME seek out crystals SHE needs; just to bloody be useful. And THEN also says she “won’t fuck me.” In a HAREM game… think about that. Genuinely.

    From what I can see the first four classes are the ONLY actual classes; since NONE of the other girls on title screen (except the clown, annoyingly) are dressed as any sort of identifiable role. Beastgirl better end up a berserker.

    > Classless: Needs it’s OWN UNIQUE SKILLS!!! You’re gaining FUCK. ALL. That the player can see if you bother to try to level it up.

    Pregnancy. Yes, no? Maybe… when hell freezes literally over??? Don’t just insinuate several women are GOING to want MC’s kid; prove it! (Especially with the retardedly ornery elf that I would’ve just left at that damned guildhall)

    The boss creatures comparatively also take a RIDICULOUS amount of damage to down. More often if you focus on hem it’s their minion bitches that take free shots to down MC. Other than that, it’s not a bad start to an interesting premise.

      Better way to do it for the first four classes:

      > Knight gets Archer, Mage gets Healer, Healer gets Knight, Archer gets Healer (the mage and the archer don’t have healing spells to start – and are far more squishy classes) * This way you cover the player who may not have enough experience to actually survive RNGesus, healing skills or mana potions are ALWAYS necessary. You do NOT want to TPK your Protagonist before the game even really gets going dude. That’s not a good way to earn support.

      > Jester is either a shit ton more self projection than you really want in this project; or can become a Bard (teaches diplomacy/Charm skills to help get new girls in the party – that are DIFFERENT than the succubus will help with; do it in tiers for example – OR better still calm them down to KEEP them in your home; with the eventual succubus either increasing your sexual ability to satisfy them which could unlock new girls, or/and ease the requirements to GET new girls > hence their classes INTO your party… OR you could actually make the succubus unlock Pregnancy as a feature. The land IS going to want capable adventurers and heroes at some point after all) * Depends on how you want to go with it.

      [I really did not appreciate going to the beast person town just to be told to kick rocks and get out – because I HADN’T done the archer’s quest at that point and was still trying to figure out where the hell the other main class quests wanted me to bloody go… ]

      > The dwarf asshole wants 10 ore; if it ends up being like the book quest either he can go fuck himself entirely, or he’d BETTER give the player something useful enchanted (and specific to a LOCKED IN class. Once you choose whatever that is – and if that’s NOT how you’re intending the game to go > then make it an item that regens both HP & MP OR HP & TP depending on whether the player is a melee or magic class at the time)

      The classless skill set should be about compensating for boosts you DON’T have when you’re not picking another class; IE basic regen of Mana/TP/HP – Tenacity or Willpower being something like survive a lethal attack with like 5% HP, with a 3 Turn cool down. You could use the class to unlock other advanced classes or treat it like it IS the “hero” class. Make it do both Divine & Demon magic, or COUNTER magic to Anti magic; so natural magic and Damage resistence. If the Knight is the “Tank” class then Hero should be a better Knight. Down a seperate vein, that doesn’t do exactly the same thing but works close enough to get the job done. (I would’ve made the knight your Defense is my Offense class, instead of the traditional Tank… but it’s your game)

      There should be either other stronger classes to find or advanced classes as you add more girls. I’d probably go with a raw level cap of maybe 100 (to each class – so 100 x However many classes you actually decide to put in this thing > which yes, would basically make MC a God by the end… and yes; that should absolutely be a thing)
