= First: The game is tagged Harem. Full stop. It was always stated to be so, it was never designed NOT to be one.

= There is a notion that MC wants to “reduce” his harem/close it off (this is not the MC > this is the dev having rendered too many characters, and realizing that he’s keeping too many sidelined) * The MC IS NOT the one that’s meant to make that decision. The PLAYER is.

= There is a “filter” in the Mod; it’s MEANT to turn off instances of “choices.”

= There has NEVER in all of the time I have played this game (currently up to the point Cinthia has won at the arena in Season 3 and is about to fuck MC) been even ONE CHOICE offered, about whether I as the player WANT to close off the harem, in vein of MC making such a decision. This IS. A PROBLEM!

= Various FEMALES in game SHOULD NOT need to plead against the MC being this level of BRICKHEAD! For him to turn around and say I’ll consider it… while never actually having DONE so. (Which would be the natural point said CHOICE to limit the harem nor not, should be shown to the player and left for THEM to decide – if it isn’t presented DIRECTLY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FREAKING GAME!)

Why? Narratively, you state that your world NEEDS babies. As many as can be gained; the world is FUCKED otherwise, within ONE generation. Your OWN written wording, in the FIRST season of the game. To the point that Harems are not only legalized, they’re expected AND outright ENCOURAGED. By the FEMALES! {It’s nonsense on that point alone to EVER think to close off a harem…} ** Not counting the fact it does very much at least HALFWAY count as “NTR” in the scene you gave to Asambe at MC and Avilla’s wedding. Those females will NEVER be able to belong to the player (unless you actually DO start death-flagging certain characters, like you should – because it’s a fucking WAR!!! The only ones who should be guaranteed to survive are MC & Party) There was NO GOOD reason to offer that scene, to anyone. It DIVERTS the focus of the Harem and was done to cater to people who most certainly are NOT fans of the genre which you profess the game to be.

Sidebar = I don’t care that other men have harems in your world, I DO care that we are introduced to females IN said harems, by name. That we are EVER shown a sex scene that involves a male who ISN’T the MC of the game… THAT. Is NOT Harem! Asambe is not necessary to have met or ever engaged with. You’ve not pulled the same with any other male character, and I have a feeling it’s because MANY fans of Harem will have called you out on the stupidity. Other characters having harems is a DURH. We NEVER need to SEE evidence. The focus of the story is, and SHOULD REMAIN, the MC and his party.

= There is no reason to put in a filter of ANY sort; but if you’re going to, you make the choice point Glaringly Obvious > and you do it exactly once. Because that’s the PLAYER telling your dense as fuck priggishly prudish MC to fuck right off and CLAIM anyone the PLAYER wants.

IF you are actually GOING to make a choice about whether to close the harem, you need to do it before the next two updates. At this point, you have pissed me off with all your fuck ups in story too much to think it will be worth sticking to the end if you are at all dense enough to in ANY way render that many attractive females and then say ‘No player; you DON’T get to play with or keep them – I’m literally stating my own main character wants to, but I’m fucking with your head about it the whole way through because they’re never going to BE in the harem.’ (And while we’re on the topic; Solange is now epically screwed as far as a romance partner… because MC has set WAY too high a bar for her as a measuring stick. So unless she decides to fuck and breed with HIM when she grows up – STEP daughter, it’s NOT incest! – she will NEVER find a male that will be remotely as good to her as MC was. Good job. Which is yet another reason NONE of the Harem females who were ever intended to be in the harem at all should have had other children, by other men. It’s too convoluted an issue)

It’s actually by dictionary definition; a young shoot or twig of a plant, especially one cut for grafting or rooting. Or a descendant of a notable family (Hell, since it’s his FATHER you’re marking with the term SCION; you could also simply state that Daddy Dearest buggered off and became the God of Flame & Rebirth > and has been guiding/testing MC to become an Archon under his name… it would explain the luck of all the found loot and that Arena gambling win, that’s all I’m saying. Either way would work. You were vague enough when introducing what MC’s father was, and why he was gone from MC’s life that he doesn’t HAVE to be dead. You could mark progress points from Hero/Lord’s Heir of the Town, to King (Marrying Sariel; even unofficially – OR killing Sariel & Agatheon off, since you just tried to deathflag them both anyway…) to Chosen Champion of X God (I’d recommend this is how you get The Herald/Solena/Helen & Joan vested firmly in Harem > choose either Ishtar, Gaia or Marduk if not all three as a Triumverate to argue the case with the rest of MC’s ascension) to Archon, to God. With him having to BE an Archon in order to hope to beat the Demon King [Him beating Erika’s very literally retarded “stipulation” before the MC becomes an Archon would be nice… Just saying]

I do not understand why you are making the MC be so stupidly insistent on “closing/limiting” the harem. It seems more like you just don’t want to do the work to render all the females you’ve put in the game. Which if so, fair. But why bother introducing them to start with? Most of them straight up were not necessary. The way you’ve written things in both monologue internally and stated dialogue is entirely contradictory. Not to mention counterintuitive to your own stated world-building.

Going back to replay the game – Take Erika the fuck out of the game. Or GET TO THE FUCKING POINT! There should be realistically NO FEMALE YOU RENDER THAT THE PLAYER CANNOT CHOOSE TO ENGAGE WTIH SEXUALLY AND KEEP! That includes ALL FUCKING PRIEST GIRLS; EVERY DAMNED KNIGHT, AND ANY ROYAL/NOBLE > LITERALLY ANY GIRL THE PLAYER MIGHT BE ATTACTED TO! (Or frankly DENY – As tastes vary) If you actually knew what you were doing as far as this story goes. It took you long enough to deal with Serah; you’re still cock teasing the queen all to hell > you picked the WRONG DAMNED CHAMPION in a PIPSQUEAK, and we got the RUNNER UP as an elven PRINCESS when it should have been BOTH SISTERS! At this point the LEAST you could do is bother to stop fucking your audience around by rendering Erika and Kes in the fucking pools all the time. Get to that, and figure out what the fuck you want to do to make this bastard ACTUALLY IMMORTAL. Other than that, there’s not going to be a point investing in more of this.

Because I would wager from the point of this current update, you’re just going to instigate sex with characters I DON’T give a fuck about… and keep cock teasing about MAYBE eventually when I’m literally DEAD IN REAL LIFE, getting around to putting the ones I do want in the godforsaken Harem! Dude, none of this is a hard concept. It should have been done two freaking seasons ago to be able to BUILD up a bigger family/relationships that the audience can invest in. Hell, only two of the harem to this current update I believe have been currently confirmed as pregnant by MC… maybe three. Tops.

It’s up to you how far you want to stretch this thing for years to come; but eventually by the time you decide it’s time for Erika or Kess to sign up to get bent over and bred already = the AUDIENCE is going to say NOPE. Because by that point, you WILL have made it very clear they’re either TOO SCARRED EMOTIONALLY, or NOT fucking interested to the point they’d lose any viability to CONVINCE THE MC THEY GENUINELY WANT TO BE IN THE HAREM. But you guys never think about that when you write these bullshit needlessly longwinded character arcs (wherein the character doesn’t actually grow, and just creates an endless brick wall to content that should’ve been available the whole damned time) There should NEVER have needed to be a mod option to turn off Reduced Harem because there shouldn’t BE an option to reduce the harem to start with. It DOES NOT fit with your world building narrative. Period. There didn’t need to be a bad guy route, because you canonically do not want a guy that can literally burn the whole fucking world to the ground on a whim to go dark. There didn’t need to be “older” women, or women that would REFUSE to be in the harem. That’s not the POINT in harem as a genre, and you know it. It damned sure doesn’t help your own CANON LORE as a goal for continued EXISTENCE.

I’ve said it many times at this point: I am giving you JUST 3 more updates to at least START to get certain teased/vested characeters (Kes/Erika, the elf queen/ANY AND ALL of The priests, and the MOST attractive KNIGHTS > Or the champion that Cynthia just beat AND the Herald!!!) OFFICIALLY into the fucking harem. Other than that, you’ll have lost any investment I might make into any of your games. Not just this one. Three and perhaps a half seasons of waiting to get somewhere with HALF of your BASE PARTY (Who should be the ones that are MOST eager to be fucking MC to start with) is more than generous enough in giving my time. Or my attention to the story you seem to want to meander about crafting. Because you have your head up your ass about where the hell it should actually GO. (I still don’t forgive you for having the perfect excuse to make the bitch that owns the arena into MC’s SLAVE – and you wussed out on it, for no reason. This is what I mean about NO BAD GUY/GOOD GUY ROUTES!!!)
