MAC: Unzip the mod -> Right-click your "Sorcerer" app -> Click "Show Package Contents" -> Open the "Contents" then "Resources" folders -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named "game" from the mod to the "autorun" folder -> Click merge

The protagonist’ apathy is too much of a turn-off to me, he doesn’t express any emotion, he’s more a machine than a man, really turns me off. 😟
I agree, it’s a lot. The story does offer an explanation to that though more than halfway through. Still feels like a cop out though, as it usually goes with these types of things. I do get why some believe that a generic leading character with little personality, allows for easier self-insert, but to me it also takes away from the immersion. Would’ve preferred a better written character any day. Still the mc does have some complexity. Author did do a better job with setting up the character, backstory and all, than 99% of other VNs.
Some good h scenes but not a ton for how large of a game it is so far but boy does the well written story and world building make up for it. Hell I’d play it just for the story and would still be satisfied. The H scenes are just an added bonus.
For me the h scenes were the weakest part. Just switching between two renders at a time, constantly clicking to speed up the repetitive scenes. Part of me appreciated the awkard silence in those scenes though, much preferable to badly written bed talk at least. Especially the ones where the love interest keeps repeating how all around amazing the mc is.
I enjoyed the story a lot though. It’s been a while since I played through an interesting, actually fully completed story line. Those are really rare on this site. All the best are usually abandoned or still only halway done after 5 years of barely any development.
Oh, and if you enjoyed this one, try out “Detective Necro”. An underappreciated game, similar in a lot of ways, excellently written, but… of course nowhere near finished. Abandoned I believe. Just like the rest of them.
