You did NOT remake the fucking combat system: it’s a card game. If you REMADE it, it would be an actual RPG CHOICE based system (or you could do icons with spells and a mana pool; I don’t care – just do SOMETHING that doesn’t ACTIVELY FUCK THE PLAYER OVER WITH RNG!!!) * You absolute Genius’ had to put in a SKIP button just to get around the fact no one likes your fucking card game bullshit.
You wouldn’t NEED a skip feature if you’d actually competently designed a REAL combat system in the first place. You gave the fuckwit a SWORD. You gave him HEALING magic = you gave him a TRAIT THAT LETS HIM GAIN EXP FOR SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS FOR FUCK SAKES!?! (Let. Him. Use. THE. FUCKING. SWORD! * and frankly, I’d also prefer you let the Player pick from a plethora of potential weapons, so we can match OUR playstyle instead of basic bitch generic as balls Sword and Board) It’s also a VN format.
What the fuck about any of that screams I want to play Pokemon, Yugi-Oh, or Magic: The Gathering to you dolts? I restarted the game just to see if you actually DID rework the bloody stupid freaking system… it’s the same friggin’ useless card game [And Theresa should KNOW it’s the fucking card game that’s USELESS. Not the MC!] Maybe slightly different cards > STILL RNG. The “Skip” feature is STILL there. What the fuck exactly did you “remake?” Because the term implies that you legitimately CHANGED something. Or with all hopes a LOT of somethings, that were NOT working. : /
Fool me once, Assholes. There won’t be a second time. If you state “Implemented GENUINE RPG mechanics” – then I may believe you next time. IF you bother to actually do that. Which you won’t. Just for all that I have mentioned – I don’t think I care any longer what you’re intending with this bullshit premise. You want a card game. You want to have every girl treat the MC like he’s a useless git who they think will accept whatever scraps they hand him emotionally because all they have to do is LOOK pretty and they can be any shade of asshole on the planet – he’ll still chase them. You have USELESS RNG (that isn’t even RNG: I got a 5 STAR FUCKING CHEST from the first TRAINING session. First and foremost – either remove the card game bullshit and go actually make an RPG, or at least have the decency NOT to put a 500 HP monster as the SECOND battle; when you’re NOT likely to get good enough cards NOT to get your ass absolutely HANDED TO YOU.

The queen may well be out of bounds (she shouldn’t be – at all; and she should STILL be young enough to get Pregnant! * That is content I would want to see going forward = there are two tags I actually play for, and two I absolutely detest. Pregnancy + Harem are the draws for me; FemDom + NTR are bullshit and only tags to indicate MIND FUCKING. NEVER include these two things, if you want more people that enjoy harem content to actually maybe pay you.
You have an exp system that so far means JACK ALL. You don’t even let players pick a given skill to incentivize wanting to USE the system OR continue leveling up – and it DOES NOT MAKE HIM SEEM TO GET STRONGER when the first time MC does so, the next monster you send at his ass within two heart beats of the first fucking battle mind, has 500 FUCKING HP! (The elf does NOT do nearly enough damage to GUARANTEE we win the fight to be able to continue the story)
Look, the story might actually have potential and thus far the girls are at least attractively rendered (their personalities need massive work, but that’s a you problem) You didn’t even introduce one of the daughters, who’s said to be frail because Void Sensitivity (we don’t even know what the fuck that means…) so there’s no guarantee that all girls who SHOULD be available as love interests, will be. Is it really so much to ask for one game. Just one game, to have both an engaging story with COMPELLING/ENDEARING characters I want to interact with AND a good level up system with build viability that branches out? To make a path from Peasant > Hero > Champion > King > Demigod? > God??? Without so many mechanical interruptions that I’m never going to get to see whatever bullshit half assed sex scenes you guys will render (which may not even be animated – likely won’t include moaning at all even if there is a bar that says sound in options – and WILL absolutely be too few and far between to get anything remotely hot out of) I’ve said with several games now, it’s got SOME potential, and I’ll give you three to five actual updates in total to impress me. So far, you’re on thin ice. Either remove the unnecessary cock block mechanics in game, or improve the MC’s starting base – preferably both, to be frank.

= The card game mechanic is an overcomplication that doesn’t need to be there. Switching perspectives to the GIRL for no reason is jarring to the audience and CONFUSES who the fucking MAIN character actually is.

[You had a direct means of offering new passives, or better abilities, or ways NOT TO FUCK UP a path with X girl… and you just nope the fuck out of it before you even implement it!] ** Also: her explanation with the city boy choosing the farm girl because his GOD told him so literally invalidates the MC’s point about not knowing what could have been. He DOES know – the god fucking TOLD him what would have been; which is why he chose to go with the farm girl. That’s not even the MC being retarded there. What could have been is he would have ended up miserable with the “love of his life” because she wasn’t right for him… and they would have hated each other. If you’re going to argue with certainty to differentiate the use in HAVING actual gods; you don’t get to debate the idea that they’re NOT RIGHT. Especially not when you EXEMPLIFY that they are fucking right, while explaining the concept.
When you introduced the option to see the relationships, the save broke and gave me Ignore, Rollback screen shennanigans. So at this point that’s several strikes against bothering to continue downloading this game. The girl’s personalities are mostly toxic to actively useless/self involved; the MC is GOING to be overshadowed until YOU decide he shouldn’t be. The card game is retarded and unbalanced as fuck, and actively hampers any sort of RPG this could actually be. And you have at least one girl who’s probably SUPPOSED to be eventually front and center in the harem, being a twat. To a person she doesn’t even know. You gave this fuck 19 days, when you’ve stated in lore it’s supposed to take 3 MONTHS and you haven’t actively given him ANY kind of training or actual time to ACCLIMATE. Of course he’s fucking useless; he’s the FNG for fuck sakes. Bite me. For literally everything I just listed, and especially making the guard captain kick his arse in front of ANYONE and presuming she should be a love interest!
Also fuck the idea the Queen is corrupted, OR that should be the path – by REDEEMING her – where MC WILL eventually become the next ruler by marriages; and be the patriarch of a new royal line. IF you actually get your heads out of your collective asses, and let. Him. Be. Powerful! Enough to fucking survive. WITHOUT HELP. Less work for you, less frustration for us; we still get to be interactive with the choices, so it’s not just a kinetic novel. Everyone wins.

Design an actual combat system – or most people WILL drop the damned game. You’re being unreasonably assholish with the relationship system (which should be a work around to not have to worry if you FUCK UP the deck building > but you’ve GIMPED THE FUCKING EXP VALUES – so it’s basically WORTHLESS!!!)

Female empowerment R US, the MC is a dipshit you’ve purposely fucked right over because YOU assume anyone’s going to stick around through your bullshit long enough to see if they CAN unlock an H-Scene (which will probably be over too quickly, will negate player choice about internal endings or not, and will NOT be worth all the above mentioned bullshit – no matter how attractively you’ve rendered the women in it) and a “combat” system that has NOTHING to do with player knowledge or skill > because the fucking “DECK” IS RANDOMIZED. In and out of combat…
You’re NOT going to be able to GET to the social scenes and the rest of the game if you CAN’T build the damned deck to WIN – which shouldn’t even remotely be in the fucking game to start with. It’s not a unique mechanic. It’s NEVER done well, and it does more to HAMPER any experience in general than it will ever add to it. >.<
Because you insist on this deck building bullshit = this WILL be my last attempt at the game. On top of everything else; I loathe card games. gameplay seems pretty similar to Ataegina but there isn’t much content so far. not many decisions either and the few there are don’t seem to impact anything. might be good after more progress.
