I am pretty sure this is all AI. The images and videos definitely are. The text feels very AI and overly verbose. I de-compiled the game and the code formatting is very nice compared to typical renpy games, but some of the bugs make me think AI made this.
This leads to the typical quality and consistency problems Ai generated content tends to have.
Then theirs the game mechanics itself, and it needs a ton of balancing, like per-alpha levels of balance.
I would suggest passing on this.
