About Lecherous Encounters and Wild Depravity

Lecherous Encounters & Wild Depravity (LEWD) is a fantasy, sandbox, and mostly text-based adult game with RPG elements. It is still in early development, and is inspired by games such as Lilith’s Throne and Trials in Tainted Space. I am the lone developer, writer and artist. This game is a pet project that I plan to work on during my (scarce) free time, so there is no regular update schedule. Because of this, I decided to release the game entirely for free.

New

  • Sex System
    • First version of the sandbox sex system. Most systems are still rough around the edges, and I plan to further develop the system for the next release. This is the main feature for this update, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
    • You can try it out in a special debug mode with a placeholder female NPC by talking to Sioffran in Oddities of the Occult. You can also learn more about it in the new codex menu.
  • Deckbuilding
    • You can now customize your deck in the Cards section of the character menu.
  • Character Creation
    • Added Van Dyke facial hair style.
    • Added shoulder-length hair style for masculine characters.
    • Added narrow eye style.
  • Codex
    • New menu that can currently be used to view tutorials. In later releases, the codex will also contain information on the characters you’ve met, places you’ve been to, foes you’ve encountered, etc.
    • Began working on a system to withhold certain information about a character’s body in their description until you have knowledge about that body part or characteristic.
    • For now, I’ve limited this feature to genitals and pubic hair, but I plan to extend it to also include nail and toenail color (when wearing gloves or footwear) and potentially breast and ass size (when wearing baggy clothes).
    • By popular demand, releases from now on will also include an Android build. Keep in mind that these are untested and might have bugs and other issues not present in the desktop version.

Improved

  • Paperdoll
    • Renamed red hair to ginger and reduced color saturation to improve its visual appearance.
    • Adjusted colors for certain skin tones.
    • Improvements to female shoulders, back, and breasts.
    • Updated male legs and feet and adjusted relevant clothing.
    • Reduced size of flaccid penis variants to make them more proportional to the height of the paperdoll.
  • Combat System
    • Improved visual clarity for cards when they are being hovered or cannot be played (e.g., not enough energy).
    • Redrew icon for the Punch card.
    • Added sound effects for the Punch and Heal cards.
  • Minor improvements to character descriptions.
  • Added keyboard shortcuts to the main buttons of the in-game overlay (shown inside square brackets).
  • Added tooltips to items in shop screen.
  • Travel time is now displayed alongside the name of each location.
  • Saves now contain information about the version of the game they were last played on. This should make it easier to maintain save compatibility going forward and allows certain fixes that wouldn’t be possible otherwise.
  • Improved appearance of the changelog screen. The visibility of individual changelog versions can now be toggled.
  • Added 2240×1260 resolution option (halfway between 1080p and 1440p).

Bugfixes

  • Fixed bug when equipping weapons.
  • Combat log now automatically scrolls down as intended when cards are played.
  • Changed default location display style to list (map location display is not implemented yet).
  • Disabled RenPy Sync in an attempt to fix issues when loading saves.
