    So, the generators kinda confusing, but I figured it out. After you’ve opened the valves and added the 6 tubes, go past where you fight the chair, and once you reach the little room before the parking lot lower the bridge. Then go back to the sever-looking section and the bridge will be down

    My dumbass went to the little room and put the bridge down before I went up to the parking lot, so I thought that little bridge was the one being mentioned and was thrown completely off by it lol
