About Mad Island
You and four friends are enjoying a cruise ride when the boat collides with a rock and sinks.
You wake up on an unknown island where you meet the other protagonist of this game with whom you will start your days of survival with. The goal is to find your friends and escape the island.
This game contains bizarre elements, cruelty, fresh blood, mutilations, wounds, internal organs, etc.
For sensitive people it’s better not to try to play this game.

Cheats Installation:
- Download BepInEx v5.4.23.2 for x64 from https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/tag/v5.4.23.2on your correct OS.
- Extract it into the directory where your game’s .exe (
Mad Island.exe) is located. - Run the game once to ensure all files are populated. IMPORTANT
- Go to
Mad_Island\BepInEx\pluginsand copy in my cheat plugin. (esreverreverse69_cheats.dll). - Enjoy.(If it doesnt work for you, please private msg me. Il gladly be of help and maybe update the installation instructions better for understanding.)(BUT please first try to go in

First Create a Backup of the dll and saves, if smth does break..
Mad Island_Data → Managed → Override the dll.
Hotfix:
Fixed a critical bug related to the Visiting feature.
Fixes:
Fixed an issue where loading stage data with zero companion NPCs caused the Visiting data to fail to load properly, making the Visiting feature unusable.

This game is addicting. I’ve logged over 170 hours in the last 2 months and I can’t get enough of it. Be careful. The free DLC is a must. It adds SO much more content to it. I’m not sure how I feel about the loli stuff, so I craft an aging potion and make them women. The story is hilarious, and the characters and quest are well put together. This game pays attention to the details. This plays and feels like a AAA. There is so much to do and see, that it’s very difficult to get bored. Although, I’ve been playing for so long that I’ve seen pretty much every scene and position. The animations are top knotch. The mechanics are clunky at first but you get used to them very quickly. The game is fun, lightweight and easy to play. Hours of fun. I have no complaints. Just be careful, because you WILL get addicted.
The cheat file has a trojan in it. Wacatac trojan is not a false positive.
this game is hella fun and addicting more than only the rape and there is a ton of content. but there is no tutorial, you will probably need one but the game is very simple, you explore, get better stuff and level up, and add more girls to your harem. the building sucks though and the game is very easy
there is a bug in version 0.4.4.2 (natives and raids are generally ´´level 1´´), if possible update it to version 0.4.4.5, thank you very much for all the versions!!!!!
