What's New in Demons Within Version - 0.14.0?
- Around 12k words of new story content, although some of it is split into different branches and scenes that play out based on previous choices across the game
- Two new original backgrounds for the Watch House Courtyard and Tavern Hall! Both day and night!
- Added color and/or a glow shader on text that is said through the voice of Lust in the game. You’ll see more effect/animation of the shader if you have the Animations setting set to All and not Limited
- Sped up a bunch of the Memorium animations and transitions to hopefully make the experience of navigating it smoother and more pleasant
- Fixed a few visual bugs with the History and Save screens on Android
- Added new simple sprites to three of the tavern workers. Some of the previous scenes in the tavern (in Edwin’s Spare Day) were remade to add their sprites
- Remade Jayden’s sprite, especially around his face and head, to better convey his hyena-ness
- Made the game’s text font slightly bigger for the Chinese language to make it easier to read
- Added new Memories with sprite views:
- One for Commander Brigham, which unlocks automatically at a certain point in the story. For people who are beyond that point, it might be necessary to load an earlier save or rerun the game to get past it to unlock it
- Another one for one of the tavern workers met on Edwin’s Spare day. The clickable memory to unlock is in Edwin’s Spare Day scenes
