Home to around 8.5 billion citizens, Arvale City has become the number one living spot for the entirety of the world’s population. Surrounding the city, are the walls that shield people away from the outside world. Each and every citizen have been chipped at birth, all of which being special devices handcrafted by a high-rise corporation, otherwise known as “A.V.A.” These devices are called, “B.D’s.” While having a super computer implanted into your brain might seem like a cool idea, having a government tracking device will prove to be a lot more problematic than one might think.

- Extract and run.
Added:
-Main quest continuation (Route B)
-The Gym can now be used to upgrade party member stats (Accessed in the Living District in an alleyway next to A.V.A Tower)
-Upon completing Cecilia’s side quest and unlocking fast travel, you can now use a training manual in the safehouse for a special scene
-Brand new safehouse size scenes for Joy and Eden
-There is now a super secret boss fight hidden at the manhole next to the music studio in the Living District (In order to access it, first you must be on New Game Plus. During the quest, “Break Thy Seal to Become Undone,” speak to Evangeline and immediately return to the manhole behind the dumpster. Progressing the story after speaking to her will lock you out of the boss fight.)
Changes:
-Added a few powerful items to the early game to help make the new player experience better
-The clinic vendor in the Dune District now sells XP items to help make leveling all of your characters easier
