A Touch of Magic is an interactive visual novel set in the fictional city, Solestra Hills, a safe heaven for Fayes, magical beings that have been living among the humans for a long time, all thanks to the Eight Families. You will be playing as a young man and the owner of the nightclub, First Sin, Giovanni Beneventi (You can change the name).
On a day like any other, you receive a visit from the elder of the Nobunaga Family, Hideo, who asks your help to hide and protect a young Nephilim, a being of extreme magical power, but everything goes out of control when Hideo is murdered and you are the prime suspect. Now it’s up to you to protect the young Nephilim, discover the truth about the murder and reconnect with your past. All of that while having lots of fun with many women.

I feel I should make something clear here – not that anyone, or particularly this Dev might care:
I played, very thoroughly enjoyed and do absolutely recall the major story beats of The Reluctant Archon. Even though it’s been abandoned for years. It’s one of the games I did a professional reveiw on, for another adult game site, when I was employed as such.
I believed that game had and still HAS a truckload of potential as the MALE power fantasy that harem is supposed to be. I was very disheartened it was abandoned – and I don’t know whether the original dev ran out of money; ran into personal issues in real life, or couldn’t get enough support to continue the project. It doesn’t matter.
What does matter, from an entirely LEGAL standpoint is that there is not nearly enough variance between that dev’s work and this project, to justify that it ISN’T plagerism or IP theft. You’ve copied several major plot points from that game all but wholesale. Beat for fucking beat. Just about verbatim. The only major difference is the Main Character’s looks. The names changed a bit, and the fact the wife isn’t “dead.” All you’d have to add is a vampire and a werewolf pack randomly, and Boom. Exact. Same. Story. You even had him be the exact same things (as the means to explain how he can BE a nephilym, and NOT be technically a nephilym… while still supposedly being “badass” as a deeply NEUTERED but still able to RECOVER powerset)
You focused more on the family aspect that game was building to when it was yoinked. You even have the relationship with a married character in the wings. There might not be fairies, elves or vampires (oh my) introduced just yet, but it’s also likely a yet. No ti added; at least I hope not. But I shouldn’t give you bright ideas. you already turned the orc bro into that same brick wall mafia gorilla man we’ve seen in so many games now (At least the original explained it was a GLAMOR – that the MC could create, as an enchanted item – that they had to use to hide themselves…)
So while I do absolutely want to see more out of The Reluctant Archon; and if you DO have permission to use his works as a skeletal structure to expound upon – more power to you and please do carry on. I WANT the story to be finished, and more importantly to be a Harem with Babies of all sorts, ever after. The way it was promised. The issue is that it’s a very real legal problem if you DON’T actually have the dev’s permission to use his works as the backbone to your own, and might seek to finish it. And my friend, if I can recognize this many similarities to the work this far out from it’s abandonment – you’d better pray the original dev never tries to take you to court. (It’s not just X percentage of difference in the looks and names of the characters – the PLOT also matters, and you WILL get screwed there)

You CANNOT just take it away. He is a NEPHILIM. HE IS ALSO APPARENTLY A DRAGON AND A SORCERER (PICK ONE?) He is all of those things = and at this point it would’ve been more simply to just say he’s on the road to actaul Apotheosis; and have everyone and their dog trying to stop that because they don’t trust he won’t tip the balance into chaos if he DOES ascend. (Which could be why they “took his powers away” READ TRIED to take them > only actively slowed him down, and didn’t ACTUALLY stop him being a fucking Nephilim!!!) * Do you have ANY idea what level of power it would take – and what it would cost anyone that DID have that level of power (read actual gods) to alter the very structure down to molecules, of a supernatural being, to take away an INBORN state? No, I don’t think you do. This fuckwit isn’t Tyreal, and this isn’t Diablo 3. He doesn’t get to STOP being a fucking HALF ANGEL!!!
This IS literally JUST a worse explained variant on The Reluctant Archon. Where you’ve gone and neutered his powers from the start – but haven’t actually done the work to show that he can, or IS getting them back. There was a reason the project was abandoned, and I hope to fuck it was actually your IP or you have permission to use it’s content. Because you are risking being sued over it.
Damn it… I said one last thing. Now it’s two.
IF Althea or whatever the fuck her name is – is a DEMIGOD; You NEED to explain exactly WHAT MC is (or might become) that MAKES HIM “special like you.” (IE YOU called him special like the fucking nephylim > Why? How. Who what where and fucking WHEN?!?) Do it sooner, rather than later, and you have much less chance the audience will lose interest or tap out. For not understanding what the hell you’re actually trying to do with this story.

Even with Gods. [Like was attempted in The Reluctant Archon] * And Annie looks like she’s about 15-16 years old… might want to watch that. Aside from the fact she’s a literal walking reference to your competition as a game.
= So far you’ve named the Furies. Those are already people you DO NOT mess with. You’re just raising the bar higher to what MC needs to be to not only COMPETE with but DEFEAT his enemies. That’s not smart. What, are you gonna throw Persephone under the bus, or MC’s cock too? o.O [It wouldn’t surprise me – but don’t do it; her relationship with Hades is literally the ONLY actually faithful union of any of the greek gods, consistently. Barring a very few out of bounds interpretations]
One last thing – IF you’re dumb enough to stick MC with a “wife” in an arranged marriage (and that sex scene you showed as to his reasons to change his mind had him with DARKER skin… so you’re either implying she’s NOT a virgin and it’s NTR or you got the skin color very wrong – and she BETTER be a fucking virgin…) then SHE NEEDS TO NOT EVER AT ALL OPPOSE THE FUCKING HAREM: It’s IN YOUR TAGS. Which means NOTHING gets to fuck that up, if that’s the path the PLAYER wants to see.
(She especially doesn’t get to oppose a Harem Path if she only CALLS herself faithful, and has been fucking around – I do not trust you not to go there; because you were retarded enough to put the waitress date on the SAME day as the cop asks you out… when you ABSOLUTELY should NOT, and did not have to!)

First – this reminds me distinctly of a LONG abandoned game called Reluctant Archon.
Second: If it’s a harem > There is NO ONE in the game MORE POWERFUL OR IMPORTANT than your MAIN CHARACTER! (You literally two seconds into the game put him into an UNTENABLE situation – Which frankly FUCKS OVER any chance the Asian bitch isn’t going to either end up an enemy or a MASSIVE fucking set of blue balls in Will They/Won’t They… it’s FAR TOO OBVIOUS!) * Her brother is the clueless prick, we get it. NOW you need to find a way to get MC out of the corner you needlessly painted him into. By HIS OWN MERIT! (or have the daughter be willing to BIND in a marriage to MC to “protect him” politically, so that SHE can start of the harem. Either her, or the nephylim twit that really doesn’t need to be in the game other than as a maguffin)
Third: If you’re GOING to ask if I want to impregnate a “friend’s” Wife; she becomes MINE! Not His. The Answer is YES… and you DO NOT get to hold off on adding pregnancy content, or putting it in the fucking tags when that’s LITERALLY the first actual choice in the damned game. This one can and should be a slow burn, and I would accept it; but she LEAVES him eventually, for MC. Otherwise all you’re doing with this arc is NTR content without saying so. [And don’t render her ugly. You know there’s a reason for all the half orc cosplay. The males can be brutish and ugly; and she can be a “muscle girl” and still be FEMININE to be freaking SEXY]
Fourth: You put in a hint that there WAS a possible secret = You DID NOT mark any place on the screen actually GLOWING to SHOW THAT THERE IS A FUCKING SECRET!!! I went over as much of the screen as I could think would be places that you might “Hide” something… and ALL THAT DOES IS BLUE BALL YOUR PLAYER AND FUCK UP PROGRESSION!!! If you’re going to insist on “secret” renders you either need to make them obvious, or don’t bloody bother.
Fifth – Anthea: Either tone her way the fuck down, or I’m not going to have anything to do with her > her dumbass can sit on the bench and her bleak assed prophecy gets to be self-fulfilling. You. Let. The PLAYER. Choose. FOR HER. What her fate will be… Even if it has to be REINFORCED with several choice attempts to be absolutely certain. She’s not getting a DAMNED THING with that attitude, she’s JUST an asshole. You haven’t even shown anyone what The MAIN CHARACTER can actually do yet. You DO NOT get to act like she knows more than he does – or he is automatically wrong/functionally retarded. (If she was doing it long-sufferingly, with sarcastic eye rolls at his “antics” and looked any kind of even SECRETLY affectionate… or you mention somewhere in HER THOUGHTS that she does want this arse but doesn’t feel worthy… THAT’S SOMETHING to work with. The way you have written her is: Bitch for no reason but insulting the player when WE haven’t gotten to actually DO anything to JUSTIFY BEING THE MAIN CHARACTER!)
= Because apparently We’re NOT: The Nephilym is the main character > so hopefully she’s someone we’re GOING to be allowed to fuck/breed/marry or mate BEFORE our collective balls freeze off. She should also be the CORE KEY of the Harem AND the MC’s eventual EMPOWERMENT over EVERYBODY. Even her. Then, it will actually be a Harem. This… is a very rough start. You’ve already implied he’s been captured/tortured once, and is somehow needlessly exiled (potentially self imposed) from his “important” powerful family… Which should reasonably mean HE is powerful enough to STAND ON HIS FUCKING OWN! You need to SHOW US THAT. But of course, first thing you do is have him run back to “Mommy.” Because of fucking course it is…
