Walkthrough & Guide
Multi Mod: FILEKNOT - ANONZIP
Multi Mod Installation:
A VirusTotal report is added at the end of each change-log.
Multi Mod Features:
This is an unintrusive mod, which means it doesn't overwrite any files even though game content is overridden.
The mod adds some additional information to choices and a step-by-step walkthrough for the freeroaming sections.
For the mini-games it has all the answers for the quizzes and a speed-up-auto-win for every shuffle puzzles.
Additionally it changes some dialog to remove mistakes and similar stuff.
Finally you get a small UI change, moving the the dialog box a bit more to the bottom of the screen and adding a nice outline to text.
Multi Mod Installation:
- Extract archive
- Move mod folder to the applications game directory
- It should look something like this: Path/To/The Forgotten Order/game/mods/RiamMar/...

- Some dialog changes to remove mistakes and correct the sentence structure.
- I'm not a native English speaker. That means, you will likely still find some mistakes. Maybe even added some while fixing others.
- A few additional information to choices.
- Those just add some flavor, since choices don't matter yet.
- Added additional information for "Correct Answer" in the quizzes.
- Option to change the amount of gold coins you have.
- As of v0.2 gold coins are of no use.
- Labels for doors, staircases and passageways.
- Icons that show the location of collectibles, events and such in the freeroam section.
- A step-by-step guide for the freeroam section, telling you where to go next.
- Should tell you where to go for the closest next collectible or quiz.
- A Completion Check-List for Collectibles and Quizzes
- The collectibles (magazines) are saved persistently, since they unlock parts of the gallery, so restarting the game or loading a previous save will not reset the collection status. This shows you, if you have already collected some or all of the magazines, so you don't need to look for them anymore. This is also reflected in the step-by-step guide.
- An auto-win feature for the shuffle puzzle.
- You win, even if the timer runs out.
- You will not be able to complete the puzzle.
- The image is in the gallery after it is unlocked? (Unlocked by completing the freeroam section for the respective chapter)
- The timer is 5x as fast as the original one. Enough time to shuffle for another puzzle or to let the timer run out.
- Minor UI change, moving the textbox to the bottom of the screen and changing the outlines of the text
- Move quicknav to the top of the screen.
- Most stuff can be configured using the Mod Menu.
- Modded or original Textbox/Quicknav
- Toggle for "door" labels, guide, completion status, icons (for each type) and auto-win
- Everything mod related, except the money cheat, is stored persistently in a dict the dev should not use.
- A fix that checks persistent game data (v0.2) after loading a save game, to make sure the data is actually initialized.
- Prevents the quiz from becomming incompletable after deleting the persistent data and loading a save mid-freeroam.
- If the dev reads this: You can initialize those variables at the beginning of the game (like the characters) with None and set it to your desired value at the beginning of the walkthrough, to fix that bug.
- Should be a rare bug, since one rarely deletes their persistent data, except you are like me testing everything and deleting the saved data dozens of times...
- Prevents the quiz from becomming incompletable after deleting the persistent data and loading a save mid-freeroam.

They need to redo the audio tracks and sound effects because it honestly hurts my ears by how fake and acritical they sound. Good graphics I guess but its no DIK or games like that quality.
