Hey Lewdup, please read the description, it clearly states “you are the owner…various girls come to work for you…you are responsible for the extraction” which implies that ONLY YOU THE OWNER extracts their vaginal fluids and NOT the customers therefore this is definitely a harem and not a NTR.
