      Does this happen if you run it using Locale-Emulator?

    Completely Broken. RGS202J.dll was not found, so I manually installed it. Then it requested RPGVX to be installed, so I installed that as well. Game finally booted up, but crashed because it could not find a Graphics/Character about 5 seconds after name selection.
