This game has a heavy focus on the incest taboo itself and making the family relationships actually matter and mean something more than just a label. A lot of attention is paid to sound effects, music, descriptive narration and unique angles to enhance both the story and the sex scenes.

This should be obvious but in porn presentation is everything. That includes direction and lighting. I only saw few other games that were so ugly and ineptly put together. Take a moddeling and filmmaking class.
