It’s fine in most instances to believe that “sharing is caring” however; if that applies to YOUR Girl, then she was never yours to begin with, and you’re fucked in the head if you believe otherwise. This game does a lot right, where others fail. The problem is, even the classification, that the author gives, is still not really accurate. Netorare, Netorase and Netori are all different from sharing, swinging, cuckolding and cheating. (Yes they are). For me, I thoroughly enjoy sharing and swinging, but hell no to the four others.
Netorare, Netorase, Netori all originate from Japanese: Ne-ru (to sleep), To-ru (to take), -rare(ru) is passive voice, -rase(ru) is causative form (make someone do sth), and -ri(masu) is active. Therefore:
While the distinctions between the three, that the author makes are correct, all of the NTR’s imply someone to be taken, meaning to homewreck some peoples relationship.
