It would be mine if I could play as a girl and have most everyone else be a guy. Sissification and lesbian (or sissy x girl) content are my only qualms about it
You can change your preferences in kinks underneath KinkFlags.
You can turn off any mention of sissy (apart from the name of the company) and turn near every NPC into a man. If you have chastity flag on and you don’t like cages, you can ask for shields in game and they’ll switch it.

Wish there was an option to start as a female (who’s a tomboy perhaps so there’s still an element of them trying to change you and humiliation and stuff) and that you could change the genders of your coworkers. Look I’m afab and I just want a game where I can be humiliated, changed, corrupted, raped, and do exhibitionist stuff. This game has everything I want it in besides the fact that it’s basically an MTF story and looks like it’ll have A LOT of lesbian scenes. I tried it for a few hours and I just couldn’t get past those two things. Great game and I love all the content options and everything.
While it’s not a starting option to begin Female, you can jumpstart your transformation in the first days. From there you can basically be a woman and it becomes a corruption game.
