Savior

I’ve played this game on and off since I first saw it out. Originally I thought the concept had potential and I still do. However there are problems. First; decide whether the MC actually has super powers or not. Second; if he does and he’s supposed to be the Savior; do NOT make any female in the game better at combat/protecting people than he is. It undercuts much more than I think you intend.

Next, the mother if she’s going to be so reticent to start anything with MC or have such a convoluted backstory for why “incest” isn’t… We get it, there are rules on basically every site that you guys get paid with about such content. Even Subscribestar has the same boilerplate cover my arse lain out. The thing is, in a LOT of countries, laws as to writing when it pertains to FANTASY are taken exactly as grey as can be. Most would know that all of this is fantasy. Period. I admit, I struggle with this point as well. Publishing restrictions have been a bitch.

Which does not excuse making every female a bitch to the MC. There did not need to be one who was already involved, with a female, who was arguably Bi. Hell, make her gay and put her in the friend/cheerleader let’s help my best big brother get laid category… and maybe THEN have her slowly discover she’s not as gay as she always thought. If you really want to go down that route. Snark and sarcasm and cutting wit, do not mean insult in ways that are actually hurtful. Banter between siblings doesn’t need to cross certain set lines, if you want to keep them together as a unit at all.

The shadow faction in order to have the Good Vs. Evil aligment choice, shouldn’t be there. Mind control is literal non-consent. Hypnosis is not mind control. There’s a difference. It’s probably the point that lets such content slip past in the censors. The female cop who is your partner, again… does NOT need to be a super secret agent that could hand MC his arse in combat. Revealed right after you spend like an hour trying to force the game to decide the MC (who’s actually somewhat ineffectual to that point) IS dominant. If he’s all important, fine. Have him be important. If he’s got superpowers enough to play Superman – on TV, then again… don’t undercut that.

The art work is fine the way it is. I quite enjoyed it. I think the big issue for me is just when you started getting more invested in the main cast, you buggered the MC back in a jarring plot device, to work on entirely new “parallel dimension” characters… who are essentially the SAME people. Just different versions. It smacked to me of the Devs not being sure of what kind of game they wanted to make. It’s bad writing, in general. I do understand making up the plot as you go along, but it’s best to have a defined skeletal structure in arc to start with. At the very least. As well as characters who have more than one shared personality trait between ninety-five percent of them. (No, I’m not actually talking about wanting to use the MC’s Oscar Meyer as a Pogo Stick. We’ve barely even seen scenes like that)
My desire to continue this story, effectively died when you decided to make an already fairly Tsundere character who had begun to melt, reset to factory defaults and get actively worse in a parallel world. I don’t care if at the end she does get even softer than the original version – if that’s an ironic point you’ll go for – I put in the work with saving constantly to get the “right” choices, with ALL of the girls you spent hours with originally. You should at the very least honor the player’s commitment, and not toss all of that out the bloody window.

But apparently anyone with genuine constructive criticism for these games is probably going to be downvoted/taken for a troll… at the end, I know my vote won’t matter. It’s your story. You’re going to write it the way you want. Personally, it should have a harem tag; because you’re still doing all the work to build one, and it would absolutely suck big blue donkey balls if this ended up with a choose the ending you want… and you can’t actually have all of them. It’s not fun when your James Bond, is more James Bound. When the Bourne Legacy is more accurately how much patience you have to run around in circles to try to make every girl happy. Might want to give him the super power to fly backwards at super sonic speed. That’s all I’m going to say, because that whole “parallel world” bit needs a hard restart before I’d bother trying to play again. Suspension of disbelief isn’t spelled Rubbermaid. Or rubber band. Not that you’ve done much with rubbers to start with… but that was one thing I was hopeful about.

Before trolling the player with silly “game over”, maybe the devs for this game should try to be more original and interesting in writing their dialogues ? I guess it has some potential, but it sounds sooo random, like a serie of EVN clichees…
