About Origin Story
Taking place twenty years after the Metagen-92 virus – aka the “Superflu” – has swept the world and rendered many of its adult population superpowered or mutated, Origin Story follows MC (name customizable), a seemingly normal nineteen-year-old who in any other universe would be a popular and attractive prospect for most girls. But in this universe, his ability hasn’t manifested yet. Shunned by most of his meta-gifted peers, MC finds himself a hapless virgin on the lower rung of his school’s social ladder, with only a few misfit friends by his side.

Actually pretty cool. Good world-building and great writing keeps you invested in the story for the several hours (5 full chapters), as of v.06. Of course the story really starts to pick up right as the latest chapter ends, but looking forward to many more chapters to come… Although that’ll probably be against all odds, as these games usually end up abandoned or with half-assed endings… here’s hoping though.

There are ways to deal with Dean DIPSHIT that DON’T make MC the villian. You’re effectively arguing a Civil War premise, not nearly as well as Civil War did it.
