Hey, I need some help. How do I add a mod/walkthrough/update to the game after downloading the new mod/update/walkthrough? I am using a chromebook os, and APKs. if that helps any
You have to forgive me i am new to this this comments but are you the developer or a fan of the game
As you may have noticed we have a new mod warning alerting players to mods, which were not created for the current version of the game. The game checks the ICities.dll version – to ensure your mod registers as up-to-date you will need to recompile your mods referencing the current game assemblies. Going forward this will be necessary to do each patch.
We hope this notification will help players check their mods each patch and avoid loading their cities with mods in need of an update, resulting in broken saves. However, it’s important to understand that the notification is NOT able to determine if a mod is broken – only whether it was updated for the current version of the game. It is very likely that some mods will be out-of-date while working perfectly fine.
This notification also only affects mods, so this is not something asset creators need to do. Assets almost never require an update following a patch and so will not have this new notification.
