If you mean a Dick; it DOES NOT in raw fact, fix the potential issue of NTR.
You would think that it does; but there’s a reason that they stopped Castrating rapists in real life.

++ You are better off making him a stalker that wants to convince the girl she belongs with him, and has forcibly confined her (still a viable crime for his punishment) to perhaps use magics to help him “Brainwash” her. With weak enough magic (trying not to “break her” as he enjoys her “spirit” and doesn’t want to directly alter WHO she is) That it becomes a dance of whether or not “True Love” can prevail; how strong her will and desire to be with the MC actually are, and/or how far she might be willing to play into the male’s deluded perversions in order to buy the time MC needs to find and rescue her.
= While also choosing to mark certain options to both sides, that may allow, or break this path (allowing for the Player to choose if she’s actually fully loyal; and WILL be kept in the Harem, or has to cede far enough eventually before MC finds her to save… to be unsalvagable as a harem love interest) ** You can do NTR potentially, but it will always be best to allow the PLAYER direct control of how far that goes, so they can control whether they see those scenes or not. And follow through with the concept. BREAK the relationship at the end, when the cuckolding is discovered.
= You could introduce the harem along the way, and or have one of the antagonist’s “Helpers” end up being a gorgeous female who’s sick of her “Boss” and ends up falling for the Hero, to the point she’ll replace the Main Love Interest.
The premise as you have it now, even with the yellow bolding as assurance, will likely turn off more potential supporters, who enjoy the core GENRE you profess this game to be. Mostly because it generally means they DON’T have to be concerned about NTR at all.
