Right so i looked more into what you are saying and yeah it seems they have locked pretty much all the animations and a decent amount of other things behind the $10 dollar (aud that is) membership on patreon.
so yeah be warned if you want to play the good stuff in the game you seem to need to pay the Patreon paywall membership.

How to install zip file in mobile
The Android file is not a zip. The file itself “narufree029.ver-release-f.apk”.
They don’t know how to update .apk files so they zip them. You should have something like “XYZgame.apk.zip”, just rename the file and erase the .zip extension
