To me, the game should have NTR label specifically because several of the girls refer to it as a harem; and the original male vampire as their avowed “Master” but as far as I played at least one or two have other males they will fuck. No matter what you do. Which is a problem as far as actually calling it a harem, or using the term in game. So there are two points I’d argue: you can either remove all instances of calling it a harem (Dracula did have three “wives” in the novel – I get that it’s a call out, so you could keep the first three girls as “off limits” to anyone but him, and themselves… and STILL call that pretty kinked) OR you can remove all other male prespectives from the game. Including any scene were a female who gets turned at any point would consider sex or foreplay with any other male but the base vampire. If the original vampire “owns” them in domination of the blood bond – hence your title – they’re not going to be wanting anyone but him anyway. To me the game died as far as interests when the girls who were turned decided to call the vampire Master and cheerleaded a “harem” BUT then decided to go and fuck with other guys.

It’s not unsalvagable, it’s just a little odd, and jarring to fans of the Harem genre, which other than the vampire selling point, was why I downloaded it more than just the once to give it a shot. You do speak of building one fairly early in the story. I’d also say trying to work from too many perspectives can also splinter your plotlines to the point you may not recall what your actual end game is, if you’ve figured any of that out yet. I laud the attempt to do something different, but I’ll question the limits of the implementation. [You also don’t have to do multiple “transformations” where they look increasingly like Barbie dolls. That’s more a subjective preference, but I thought most of the girls looked pretty much fine as they started. One transformational enhancement should have still done wonders for their confidence]
