The main hero’s name is Max.
He has a mother, a father and a younger sister.
He’s lived all his life in a small village.
He has never left it.
Except for Max and his sister Missy, there’re no young people in the village.
Most of the inhabitants are old people.
Finally, the long-awaited day has come for Max, when he leaves for the city to study.
But he isn’t accepted to school.
