About Love and Sex: Second Base – Shawn’s story
Standalone spinoff: Love & Sex: Second Base – Shawn’s story is a dating sim where a nerdy guy (hopefully you)
gets to seduce three beautiful but challenging women.
Shawn is a clerk in an electronics store, but though he’s even surrounded by beautiful girls, his love life is in disarray.
His roommate, Palla, is mooching off him, her best friend,
Audrey, is making fun of him, and his coworker, Amy, has no respect for him whatsoever.
Will you be able to help Shawn find love and avoid the pitfalls of dating, or will he end up alone and unhappy?
Basically, his life (and love life) are yours to control!

So let me see if I got this right:
> You create a game “Love & Sex Second Base”
> People tell you 666 ways the game has SHIT TONS of coding issues, and counter intuitive mechanics that make the game all but impossible to play (and content that is outright contrary to the “harem” tag and intended gameplay… but that’s a whole other bullet point)
= You decide instead of FIXING any of those bullshit coding issues/unnecessarily hampering game mechanics > I’m going to create not one but TWO fucking needless “side stories” – one with a more feminized version of a character in L&SSB; and the other the “nerdy roommate” of a character I couldn’t give two flying fucks existed to start with who was NOTHING but an add on in the first place. Why? Other than the obvious intent to continue milking an increasingly VEXED audience for whatever the idiots who still pay you for your “work” will probably have KEPT paying you regardless. With the ILLUSION of “more content.”
Dude, you added BREE as a MC UNNCESSARILY for the first game, just to fuck around about who the main character actually IS: and can’t be bothered to even finish THAT path. This game could be done with no more than TEN females, with UNIQUE paths, that have NO bullshit ham-stringing mechanics like detriments or negative affection points, or fucking NTR content in a HAREM GAME!!! And THEN you could do whatever other story you might want to indulge. This way, you’re asking us to literally not care that you’re actively RE-USING the same damned dumbassed characters and very likely will have the same bullshit mechanics DESIGNED to FUCK THE PLAYER OVER – and ensure the “will you end up alone…” translates to Yes. Player, you absolutely WILL end up alone = because I made sure there’s fuck all way for MC to actually WIN the damned game and keep the girls. >.<
Even in L&SSB, the WEDDING Ring ends the damned game (probably even if you try for the harem… because you’re that much of a DUMBASS Dev) So no. Dipshit: You ARE NOT done with the first game > you DO NOT get the right to try to scam audience that is willing to pay for GOOD content with DLC crap we DON’T need, until you DO entirely – all of the way and with no contrarian bullshit mechanics involved – allow the MC in the BASE GAME to get to the fucking HAREM ENDING OF IT! Without taking the rest of my in real life lifespan, to manage it.
It’s the same thing with any author: IF you start a second series before you finish the first series – you are VERY LIKELY if not absolutely GOING to fuck up the plot points of BOTH. If not put off one until you forget it exists, to focus on the other – which may piss off your audience either way. Because some will like one series, and some will like the other. They’ll each want the one they like finished > you only have two arms and ten fingers to type with.
