Inner Self aims to be a semi-open world sim-like game, where you are a freshman at university, having to share an apartment with your friend who will also start studying at the same campus, in which you are surprised with a new interpersonal development program.

- Next to advance or instantly complete typing text.
- Hide to temporarily remove the dialogue box.
- Dialogue box can be restored simply by clicking anywhere on the screen.
- Choices system improved:
- Buttons auto-adjust to text size.
- Consistent width for all options.
- Hover animations for better feedback.
- Only implemented in Chapter 1 for now.
- Ink Integration
- First time using Ink integration for dialogues and choices.
- Provides a more flexible and dynamic way to handle branching narrative.

This game is the most goregous game I’ve ever played and I have been playing such games for over 5 years now. The graphics and texture it’s just aesthetically perfect. Even if you’re not interested in this type of game itselt, the build of the game is just perfect in every way. No unnecessary grinding, perfect amount of text, focus on environment interactions (and the interaction with objects, the whole flow is the best I’ve seen). The visuals for the tasks are of superb quality in terms of content. And the background music! It’s so soothing, it intertwines perfectly with whatever you’re doing. The author is really worth all the support he’s getting and more. Thank you Carnile for this perfection of a game, may you never run out of inspiration. I never made any type of comments on such websites, but this game compelled me to express my gratitude.
