Delete "persistent" (in the folder) \Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\HitomisSickPleasure-1649628230 and in the folder with saves HitomisSickPleasure-0.55.1-pc\game\saves and everything should be fine.
If you are playing on Android, reinstall the game.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a direct message detailing the sequence of your actions in the game before the glitch occurred, as I haven't been able to replicate this bug myself.
