Extract and play dont work
just go to the play store and dowload any rar extracter app and then extract it from there then i think you would be able to play i am not totally sure but in pc it works and i thinnk it will also work in andriod

The only working one for the android is 5.5 bc it is a apk file. Is there another way we can get the newer versions rar files do not work even with a app that can view them?

Guys if youre having issues on mobile or you want to play the most recent version you can download a rar extracter and then download an app called joi play which will allow u to play the windows/mac version on your phone.
