Hints:

You can have some tips with the graves with crosses in the cemetery.
If you can't move something, don't bother, help some other ghost first.
Don't forget the pumpkin near the naked tree in the park.
To help the last ghost surrounded by girls, you have to go talk to Mizuki first.
