I liked the original version of Chloe18. It worked. The structure made sense. You always knew what to do next. The user interface was simple, fast, and clear. It felt like someone actually thought about how the game played.
Then GDS rebuilt it. I’m not mad they changed things. That happens. But this doesn’t feel like the same game. It looks different. It plays different. Even the story starts in a new place. It’s technically the same idea, but it doesn’t feel connected to the original.
The pacing is off. The flow is messy. A lot of things that mattered in the first game are gone or hard to follow now. And the interface? That’s a downgrade. It feels like someone stripped out the parts that worked and replaced them with guesswork.
