Chasing Sunsets follows the story of step-siblings reconnecting and dealing with the fallout of their parents’ unexpected deaths. As the story progresses, they will cooperate (or compete) with each other to discover the secrets of their parents’ success in business and in love. This episode builds off the future unlocked by your choices in the main game with consequences in both the short and longer term. Our largest update to the game by a significant margin, this episode acts as closure for the origin story and sets up the shot for what’s coming next.
The most recent update is v1.10 which completes the Chasing Sunsets story, and ties up most of the loose ends, but leaving just enough to connect it to the next installment in the Polygene universe.
v1.10 also stomps some bugs that led some players to be unable to maximize points with some love interests in certain scenarios. Some of these are fixed trans parently, and the most egregious of which will require a new playthrough beginning at Ch9. That save should be present on page 99 of your saves in the 10th slot.

Really good, great story and engaging characters. I’m not sure why this isn’t more popular but I’d highly recommended it.
It’s really a very good story IMO, there are very few visual novels with such a good quality content overall. The renders are fantastic, the flow of the story is fab and the scenes are mostly heart warming, the animation however isn’t as good as the content of this AVN. The mistakes we make in our life, intentionally or unknowingly, they come back to bite on us eventually, how Karma can be a super bitch if not handled with due diligence, in due time. This story will in a way help people understand what matured and pre-calculated decisions can do for u and why it’s not a good thing to cling on to yr ego, yr irritation and yr regrets? I liked this game very much, it’s actually a very good content for the paperback novel too albeit without any choices.

Damn it! Why is it that every time I try to download this game and extract it, there is ALWAYS a file or another which fails to extract no matter from which uploader I download the game?!

Try extracting with 7zip.
I already tried since 7Zip is my default extractor and I also tried to download it from every uploader linked here and every each of them provide a corrupted archive from which I logically deduce that the original archive which was uploaded to all uploaders was corrupted from the start, please upload a healthy archive. 😟
Which antivirus are you using? You should really check if your AV is preventing the files to be extracted.
Windows Defender and it would warn me if it blocks something.
I tried to restart my PC and clean it with Glary Utilities then it warned me that my Free Download Manager was outdated so I updated it and downloaded this game again and this time it FINALLY extracted without any issue so I’m not sure if that was one of those mysterious issues that you magically solve with a reboot or if there was some crap burdening my PC or if it was because my Free Download Manager was outdated since I did all 3 of these things before trying again but it worked. 😏
Glad it worked. We have tasted it in our test PC before confirming. When an archive refuses to extract it is 99% of times a user error. It is very rare for a broken zip file to end up here.
Yeah, sometimes PCs are broken for no reason and a reboot magically repair them or some useless files burden it and cause issues or maybe it was just my outdated Free Download Manager which didn’t work anymore just because there was a new version available, who knows? PCs’ issues are among the mysteries of the universe, we never know why they happen and what solves them. 😏

this is what’s posted on the walkthrough mod authors page I recommend re-starting the game from Chapter 6, to get the best choices for Harem Route. first there is no chapter select in this so that confuses me second how tf do you have a harem route if the VN itself is not a harem VN at best you can have a 3way with jay/mal but also mal leaves at the end regardless of what you do anyway so that is not a harem I think the mod author should change that because it sounds misleading also the mother/daughter you meet in aspen you never see them again I’m just confused what harem he is referring to
One of the best stories of adult visual novels I’ve ever played. Sure it doesn’t contain so many lewd scenes, but instead of SEX FOR SEX, REASONABLE SEX is much more attractive for me.
So if you just need to jerk off, this is not the best option (Its sex scenes are really great, though.). Yet if you are considering something moving and warming your heart, it is a must try.
