I would say this should not qualify as a sandbox sure you get options of where to go with choices and what not but in a proper sandbox it does not kick you back to the main menu once the content is done so that tag should not even be there and I have played a lot of sandbox and this is not one, now onto the choices for what you learn like stealth and what not you pick the wrong one’s to learn and your kind of screwed for when you go on missions it’s stupid so I’m having to give this 2 stars for what it is
