About Battle Princess Lacia and the Fallen Fortress

Upon graduating from the military academy with honors, Lacia embarks on her first assignment at the distant fortress of Krayst. Upon arrival, she discovers that the fortress is in disarray, largely due to the misconduct of its leader, General Gustav. He has succumbed to greed and is exploiting his new recruits for his own gratification. Consequently, the villagers have lost faith in the soldiers who are supposed to protect them. It is now Lacia’s responsibility to restore the reputation of Fort Krayst and, by extension, the entire army.​

    i’m stuck at a state where i’m supposed to talk to the governor, i’ve just finished the quest “Invitation to a Certain Event” and cannot find the governor inside his office.
