Use joiplay it looks like the engine is rpgm . After finding this emulator I never looked for android version of any rpgm and renpy game .

tips for you guys who experience problems such as not being able to adjust settings.
initially I was like that too, but after I tried it. I found the solution.. namely when you start the game, just tap the white border above the game, by right-clicking, then the options will appear there, either how to full screen, turn off or on the game volume, and also the control settings.
(or you can just press the F1 or Fn + F1 button, but please remember: I also don’t know how to get out of full screen, after you change the settings to full screen mode it seems there is no way out, because when I tried it, the side of the screen turned black) hopefully useful
